Shangfeng ( 000967 ) announced on the evening of October 15 that the company will acquire 51% shares of Green Oriental environmental protection, which former held by Shenzhen Pegasus investment Co.,Ltd and Shenzhen Qianhai Chima Environmental Protection Investment Co. , Ltd. After the completion of the above equity transfer, the company will increase investment to Green Oriental environmental protection and ultimately hold 60% shares of the Green Oriental Environmental protection.

According to the announcement, Shangfeng bought 51% shares of Green Oriental environmental protection from egasus investment Co.,Ltd and Qianhai Chima Environmental Protection Investment with RMB100548976.00. After the completion of this transaction, Shangfeng will hold 51% shares of Green Oriental environmental protection. Pegasus investment and Chima investment will no longer hold the equity.

Green Oriental environmental protection specializes in the R&D and sales of environmental protection energy saving products and new energy technology with the registered investment of RMB 20.40816 million. Up to now, green Oriental environmental protection has won the bid and signed 9 garbage disposal incineration power generation BOT project ( Including the framework agreement to inject green Oriental environmental protection project). After the completion of the project, the total amount of garbage disposal will be about 8000 tons/day. Garbage disposal projects are distributed in Guangdong, Hubei, Jiangxi, Anhui, Shandong and Henan provinces. In the above nine waste generation BOT projects, four projects have been started and five projects have signed the BOT agreement, which is in preparation. The project is expected to bring better benefits to the company. After the completion of the above equity transfer, Shangfeng will raise 20 million yuan to the green Oriental environment and ultimately owns a 60% stake in Green Oriental.

According to the agreement, Green Oriental environmental protection promises the Lianjiang project, Xiantao project, Funan project and Shou county project total accumulated profit not less than 120 million yuan in the next four years. In 2016 to 2019, Green Oriental environmental protection follow-up new signing (to sign the franchise agreement) the waste incineration power generation BOT agreement is not less than 6,500 tons of total daily processing capacity.
