On March 21th, Infore Investment Holding Group Co.,Ltd ( short for Infore Group ), Ningbo Puluofei Investment Management Co.,Ltd and Hualu Culture Industry Co.,Ltd has reached a transferee intention. Infore Group became the largest shareholder of Hualu Baina with 17.55% share by 1.8 billion Yuan.

The company successively won Engineering Awards, Flying Goddess Award, Golden Falcon awards and The Magnolia Award, and won the title of “ National Top 10 TV Producer”, “ National Culture Export Key Enterprise”, and “ National Culture Enterprise Top 30”.
